It is said that one of the hardest things about life is death, and it’s true.
The pain of losing someone dear to us is immense and we all process our feelings in different ways .
The one thing we can be sure of is that there is no timeline for grief and no right or wrong way to do it ..
Bereavement is the time it takes to recover from the loss of a loved one and this can take many forms and a rollercoaster of emotions.
I offer you a safe, compassionate space in which you are heard and validated through challenging times.
I have had many years of experience working with people needing support and guidance, I am a qualified Bereavement counsellor, Lifecoach and have years of experience working with therapeutic clients and also in the funeral profession.
I offer an initial free 30 minute phone chat so that you can find out more about me and the way that I work. During this call we will discuss the right way we can move forward together.
Weekly sessions are £45 an hour and we can decide whether you wish to have medium to long term support. We will agree when you think you are ready to end our course of therapy, it is always your choice.
